Wire Audio was founded in 2005 in Wood Dale, Illinois.
We started the company with one goal in mind: To provide home and business owners with a single business to take care of all their technological needs. We understood how hard it is for everyone to work with multiple businesses. If network wiring had to be installed, a networking company would be contacted. If a entertainment system was desired, another company had to be brought in. If multi-room audio-video was needed, a third company had to be called for. We realized that all these services fall in the same category: Electronics Technology.
Why did we choose to offer all these services? It's simple: Dealing with a single business for all services instead of 6-7 others, allows us to establish a better business relationship with the customer. It reduces the number of contacts customers need to know for each individual company and if a problem exists, or a service is needed, there is only one business to call: Wire Audio. By working with you for all your technology products and services, we get to know your needs and expectations.
But don't take it from us, here is what this customer had to say:
"I needed a surveillance system installed, a new DVR and my home theater room was not working as planned, the speakers were not working like they should.
I called Wire Audio and asked to see if they can help me. The next day a representative came to my house and inspected the equipment. He was horrified! He explained to me how the previous technicians that installed my old cameras did not label any wires, and they ran the video signal through network wire! Even i know video should be ran through coaxial cable, and i'm not even that tech-savvy. He showed me the data closet and it seamed to look ok from the front, but when he showed me the back of it, i was stunned! All wires were tangled, nothing was labeled and some wires were disconnected and just hanging there.
The following week, the Wire Audio technicians came in and started the work. I had to call and get information from three other businesses about the equipment they installed! It took them over two days of attic climbing to trace all the wires and fix the mess the other technicians have left. They installed the new cameras for me, ran new coaxial cables for the cameras, fixed my surround sound problem and took in the DVR for repairs. They also found another device that was not working and took that one in for repairs too. The following week the DVR and the other device were brought back and installed. Oh, did i mention they labeled every wire and fixed my laptop?
Bottom line is, they did an excellent job. I should have called them to begin with. It would have made my life a lot easier." |
